seems to be a lot of people underrating the tigers.any team that knocks off the warriors away and the grand finalists in successive weeks will be competitive against a half strength manly pack.they are well coached and ask a lot of questions of the defence.if their passes stick they can beat anyone.will be a real test.

we will have to rely on our great defence in this one.was good on friday despite the loss.tigers were very unlucky today.if we lose all the props will be very difficult.with bulldogs and eels away to follow this is a crunch game.its so tight that 3 losses will have us fighting to stay in the eight particularly if you add the 2 points in for those sides who havent had the bye.still , it can be done and brookie on a sunday arvo is our best option by far.

I've watched the last few Tigers games on Fox & I must say they are a well coached team. Marshall & Withers create plenty of opportunities , and their forwards have high workrates and are quite skillful. Robbie Farrah is also a good player . I'm sure Manly will be directing a lot of their attack towards Daniel Fitzhenry , his defence is woeful.

Yes they aren't toothless tigers this year, I only saw 10 minutes of the match 26/34 and the only thing that beat them was a bad decision to kick, and a silly charge in the guts against 4 defenders with an overlap on both wings. I think it would have broken the dragons.....and that vidref decision was dodgey(hornby) (whether grounded or not) but still it didn't look like a try in actual vision either.

Tigers are very unpredictable. They have Origin Half and Test 5/8 - both creative and able to make a break. Hodgson is a great gap runner and their backs have speed to burn.

Our best chance is to cream them in the forwards - hard to do with so many backing up and injured.

We have a big challenge on our hands - I can see us losing this one!
