LIGOTY.
Neither team can make the finals. Playing for 'pride' but there is not much evidence of it on our side.
They are , for them 2025 has seen a fair bit of improvement , they could be 11th later today and a long long way from spooners.

I think injuries for us is a huge factor , if we had all our forwards on duty we’d be competing for a place in the finals , even with the Chaser phoning it in.

I think logistically our playing group know we are ****ed regardless , and will play like it as there’s nothing to benefit busting your arse at this stage.

At the point now where I’m just going to enjoy the games knowing we aren’t making the 8 and there’s only 4 left for the year. Have a bit of fun and laugh if it’s ugly.

Finally out of that 4 week period of tough sides. 1/4 is about what I expected. Competed fairly well for the most part last week against top of the table away from home, maybe it isn’t as bad as it seems.

Thinking back to last time though, took us 39 mins to score against these guys at home. Today we are away at a ground we have an 0/3 record at, their side is significantly better since.

I don’t really know how today goes but I have low expectations. Hope Navale has a big game, that’s about all I’m looking out for. Hoping for some of that winning feeling!

If they're playing for pride then the Tigers will put 60 on us. The Manly Way , haha I think it's time to re-examine our pre season virtue signalling charade. More like The Mediocre Way.

Manly by 16 plus.

I will be disgusted if we dont put our best foot forward today.

We dont have to win but try our hearts our just like last week vs Raiders. Sometime your best isnt good enough and thats OK.
We actually played pretty well did much of last weeks game.

We were always going to get run down by the team running first but I though we showed some ticker.

I hope to see that same ticker today.

“just show some ticker”, “sometimes your best isn’t good enough and that’s ok” - geez, it sounds like Seibold has infiltrated ST’s. As the legendary Al Davis used to say, “just win baby”.

We get put out of our misery today. Tigers are pretty average at best, but we are less than that.

Maybe it is for the best. Better we lose out the year and amplify the massive problem already there than just miss the 8 on for-and-against and claim bad luck because we lost Paseka-Ola-Aloiia etc. I've had a gutful of it.

I feel that DCE, Brooks and others quit there passion for the club around round 4. I have seen little to feel differently, and the team is virtually unwatchable. I'm looking forward to massive media exposure, crisis meetings, takeover by the Ballin-Watmough faction, and new people involved in fitness and recruitment.

Unless we go big now, prepare to be hearing about the emergence of the Northern Perth Falcons playing 3 games a year out of Grizzly Park Brookvale and North Sydney Oval iconically located on Falcon street.
