Tickets prices for this Sunday (v’s Canberra) walk up or Ticketmaster?

The Sunday ticket prices are a bit less than normal at Brookie? Still confusing what are our ticket prices for a Friday night or Sat Night games or Monday night game? Walk up or buying advance?

This Sunday is the General Admission (hill) tickets $28 for Adults (walk up) when previously was $32? Obviously cheaper if buy in advance via ticketmaster.

Some clubs explain their tiered pricing quite well:

This is ours:

Trying to assist, but seems quite a few reserve seating still left for this game. Hope the crowd is good, but the signs it may be 11,000 to 12,000 crowd.

Really need to get in excess 14,000 to be competitive and the overall good financial survival for the club and having as many games at Brookie. Call a friend to come along ...!

If the club can explain the walk up prices to the games could help as we spread the word.

Go to shopperdocket.com.au and print off the 2 for 1 offer.

The ticket prices at Brookie have also been known to be different than the sign on top of the ticket window :s

Last year we moved to a tiered ticket pricing strategy.

There are 3 tiers, 1 being the most expensive for our big games and 3 being least expensive for games that would not draw well, eg Monday night games.

The decision on what tier a game will be classified is based on the opponent, day of the week and if we have had consecutive home games.

Adult GA prices:

Walk up:
Tier 1: $32
Tier 2: $30
Tier 3: $20

Pre-purchase:
Tier 1: $28
Tier 2: $26
Tier 3: $20

Games this year:
Rd 1 v Storm - Tier 1
Rd 3 v Eels - Tier 1
Rd 8 v Canberra - Tier 2
Rd 10 v Knights - Tier 3
Rd 13 v Bulldogs - Tier 1
Rd 16 v Knights - Tier 1
Rd 18 v Tigers - Tier 2
Rd 21 v Broncos - TBC
Rd 25 v Panthers - TBC

That helps. Should put on Manly’s webpage with all the ticket prices “Pre-purchase” with “Walk up”, as no one would have any idea what is Tier 1, 2 or 3 games (especially the walk up people), just a suggestion.

Yeah with the Monday night game (Round 10, Mon 19 May) against the Knights glad we have lower prices. We may need to advertise that when that game comes around as the walk ups think it is $32 each game for a hill ticket now! I know some people have said those tickets are too high and putting them off attending games, so letting them know is good.
