Personally, I think we have a good crop of players. I thought last years side was a decent crop of players too...the issue is not cattle, it's getting the cattle to play to their potential and play as a team. It hasn't happened yet. I don't think Barrett is the man for the job and I think that's why a pretty good line up is playing like a busted arse.

More importantly he would be chased by every club and some have ways around the cap. Not to mention that we are no where near a title contender.

We need stability and a lan that is working before we are going to be able to attract quality imports. I think what we really need is a quality back rower who can defend stoutly and lead us, cause since Choc and Gifty we have been poor in the 2nd row. Taumololo would be an amazing purchase but I think he will stay at the cows who have a premiership opportunity for the next 2 years at least.

True...but think Hastings will instantly lift the side at 9 today....
Will be the player everyone is excited about .... most importantly his team mates.
Need that punch and big JT offers that all day.
Still like Arrow and DeBellin as defensive bodies that offer attack also....that are affordable.
Can say Bird is who Manly wanted since 2016 and not much left if he is signed....not my choice ....forwards are where it starts and ends.
