MANLY players will get up to $11,700 a man in bonuses if they win Sunday's grand final - and nothing if they lose.
Sea Eagles chief executive Grant Mayer said a board meeting next week would finalise the distribution schem,e but it was likely half the $400,000 premiership first prize would be divided up among the players.
Mayer will recommend the $200,000 be divided up according to minutes, or at least games, played.
But Mayer added: "If we lose, I tend to think that money will stay in the business because the business needs it.
"But if it's a win, I'm sure the owners will sit down and talk very favourably about sharing it."
Losing prizemoney is $200,000 - meaning the privately-owned Eagles will get the same amount win or lose and it's the players who will miss out if they don't upset the minor premiers
