Thoughts from Cowboys match

And they were queuing up for back up centres..... They may be good, but in the short term and more over the last few years, we have NO quality centres that will take us to the next level. Poor centres and average defending wingers, many tries against us. Where did the last 3 tries go thru us on the weekend. Not the first time
Have you ever considered that Brad Parker’s absence from the team is a key reason behind Manly’s slide out of the eight?

He may not be a Fulton, Branighan, O’Connor, Lyon, et al, but he is a very good player (and noted defender) nonetheless.

After a five day turnaround and upping our intensity to the best it's been all year we, quite simply, ran out of gas.
The fitter team will always compete better for bombs at the end of a game. In the case of the Cowboys, the kicks were unpredictable ... because they didn't have DCE.

A week on this still hurts so bad
It does still hurt bad not living up to our benchmark of excellence feathered friend

Every loss is a bad Stain to the legendary Manly Jersey

Particularly impressed with that article's picture caption of Manly player "Joel Schuster" and the reference to Cowboys' coach "Tott Payten"…

I was at the game and yes, it still hurts. Haven't been able to bring myself to watch a replay and that was the first article about it I've read. I did not enjoy it.

Yep, the ouch continues...and the long wait till our next game (albeit the Storm) makes the pain worse.
