The thing that I hate is that even though they are confirmed cheats (though Qld and Melbourne fans will never admit it), the NRL and the media continue to ignore that and put them up on this pedestal.

Yet Manly players and the club are labelled as cheats because of a match fixing allegation even though that was proven to be false. Although neither the NRL nor the media take any notice of the proven false part.

Take away the BS and yes they are great players. But that doesn't mean I have to like them.

Slater is good but not great - has benefited from playing in a strong club side his whole career and a dominant Origin side. Wouldn't swap Snake for him. 5 Star Grub

Cronk is just a solid halfback who knows his role/limitations and works well with those around him. Will be really interested to see how he goes once he cuts the umbilical cord to Smith.
