If Crusher is a "free agent" and not linked to any party, then who does he report to? Does he report to Des? The CEO?
If he reports to Des isn't there a possibility, without questioning any-ones integrity, that there is a conflict of interest? Should he start reporting to Tooves? 🙂

Also with Des leaving in 2013 the board will not be so forthcoming to supply information to him which could make his position very difficult! 🙂
