I think 1.5mil at best.....at best.Jake and Tom paid around 1.2m between them in 2027?
Yeah, I could see that happening. (appreciate that it may not be precisely 50% of their current wage when you put that in your calculator)

No doubt Turbo is up there as one of the best in the game, however it would be extreme contradiction for the NRL to push back on a potential reduced contract when that time comes.Respectfully I think there is a massive difference between turbo and those players
All so true Dion, but as we know with smart accounting skills, I feel often these "unders" are perhaps made up in a financial way's outside of the contract "we see".....the NRL have a funny way of looking through smokey glasses for some NRL sides whilst others get the magnifying glass treament, like us.No doubt Turbo is up there as one of the best in the game, however it would be extreme contradiction for the NRL to push back on a potential reduced contract when that time comes.
After the Ben Hunt contract with the Donkeys, the NRL must have a rule set they worked off for this to happen and they have now set a precedent, any decent club CEO would be using this as its platform should they have a player take unders.
I do understand that the situation with Gifty has raw wounds for Manly fans and the club and it’s frustrating when others have been able to take unders lately.
All that is way to logical for the NRLNo doubt Turbo is up there as one of the best in the game, however it would be extreme contradiction for the NRL to push back on a potential reduced contract when that time comes.

I would say fair value in 2025 is $1.5m - Tom $900k and Jake $600k -I think 1.5mil at best.....at best.
Tom would get $1m+ on the open market without questionI would say fair value in 2025 is $1.5m - Tom $900k and Jake $600k -
And you want to pay those guys the same or more in 2 more years? No thanks
Jake may only be good for 25 minutes by then and Turbo who knows given his injury history.
And also there's a massive difference between what we are allowed when we approach the NRL...and what a team like oh lets say Souths for example are allowed. Tommy already been knocked back last year by the NRL.Respectfully I think there is a massive difference between turbo and those players
And Jake would be lucky to scrape $500k.Tom would get $1m+ on the open market without question
Disagree, think Jake would land 600-650kAnd Jake would be lucky to scrape $500k.
