Ruben is well past his prime and, although a great ambassador of the game, he is now just a kavaholic has been. Kite and Perry will eat him and Grandpa Price alive.

just kid yaself some more chip & chase pricey is more consistent than any of your forwards not bad for a grandpa eh and rubes brings out more passion and motivation in a team especially kiwis than almost ne1 definately more than the beaver tho hes a legend himself. price also made origin as well as tate wich is more than i can say bout ur boys kite and perry, the battle is on mate its gonna be a ripper thats for sure

Theres no doubt that Mr Wiki was a great player in his day and that yes, all his teammates are getting terribly excited over his retirement but I think Manly have a deeper motivation. Sure, it would be nice to send the Beaver out on a high but the memory of the soul destroying 2007 GF and the desire to atone for that loss (a dark, dark day in the lives of all Manly fans) outweighs the retiremt. This isn't just another finals game, this is redemption.

end of the day all numbers on a page.. both teams have alot to play for.. warriors to silence the Critics, no matter who we beat for some reason we dont deserve to be here and manly cause they have played great footy for 3 years and nothing to show for it... be a great game.. wont be a blowout thou.

Obviously I want Warriors to win for many reasons but one of them being the media saying that we don't deserve to be there. Yeah, we did have a rubbish start to the season but we are a totally different team now. Also, we were hit with a lot of injuries - McKinnon, Price, Witt & Vatuai (not that thats a proper excuse!). We finally got it together around round 16 so I do believe we have earned our place in the top 8.Â
Another reason is that my brother in law is a manly supporter and I will never hear the end of it 🙂
