Funny my daughter saw it advertised and rang to tell me. Two problems. It’s at the QE2 Stadium (old Bongos home ground). I saw AC/DC there, and TBH, unless I’m in the first 20 metres it’s not worth it. I’m too old for the mosh pits now (my orthopaedic surgeon would be real impressed seeing me crowd surfing, knowing that he’s filled my spine with half of the Bunnings metal screw aisle). And dare I say it, big stadia policy doesn’t equal quality entertainment.
I was more than happy a cpl weeks ago, after the Tits v Panthers game to pop into my local (Wallabys @Mudgeeraba), pull up a stool and watch a good and loud covers band (at least I don't perch myself in front of the Marshall amps anymore.....wha...what did ya say?!)
