I could not agree more Bozo. We need better systems and another defensive coach I feel or some sort of consulting role in that position as we lack some cohesion and consistency in this area plus I feel we need some consulting for the team in the power of the mind and what that can do when reinforced with results or positivity. Many athletes in this world who have envisioned themselves winning gold or a title of some sort and feeling that experience everytime like its already happened as it becomes a knowing within and they go on to win what there vision and feeling has been. I can atest to this myself many times in my life using specific techniques I have learnt and used through out the years but we also need more of that mental fortitude to win tough games and not be losing to the teams we are expected to win against. I also feel we need to make some tough decisions on players and there positions if we are serious about getting results and winning a comp asap!

And what matters most at Manly is Being Successful and Winning Premierships
I love that your passion for premiership Winning success has no tolerance for Mediocrity
I agree with you that what ever we have been doing has not been good enough to live up up to our Legendary clubs Benchmark of Greatness
We need to Make Manly Great Again
and We need Great Manly People that up to it to do it
Our Longest Premiership Winning drought since our Decade of Dominance has been a disappointing disservice to our Manly Winning Ethos

Reading on what Seibold has said below about him he is a chance to debut.

Navren is someone that I saw play live for Wests Magpies against our SG Ball side this year. Peter Gentle did a great job identifying him and tracking him. The thing that excites me about Navren is that he is only 19 and he has already played NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg and SG Ball in the last 12 months. His ceiling is quite high I feel. I think if he is willing to work hard and again show through his preparation in the pre-season that he can be consistent and reliable day to day, then he will give himself a good opportunity to make his NRL debut at some stage

Navren is excellent in the air and is a great finisher. I see some similarities to guys like Campbell Graham and Xavier Coates in terms of his body shape. Navren is someone we feel can play first grade. We want him to learn his trade in 2025 and compete for a spot.”

A pleasant surprise posters who say they support another club, but since they been watching a couple of seasons of the Manly Way Manly is now there second team.

Plenty of Talking and "buzz words" in all Netflix series ie, Tiger Town and Manly Town etc

Look it’s pretty good isn’t it , but there’s a LOT of fluff.

Words are easy to say , performances on the field are what really counts.

I’m certainly not anti what they are doing but it has to transfer to the paddock.
