Exactly.
Last week in the game day thread I said that the new improved 2019 low penalty counts seemed to be afforded to the more high profile games but us v tigpies got the left over stock from 2018 penalty athon.
Today will be interesting...

They are talking about tries in games on the decline, you can blame the wrestle .
I think a player on the ground with a defender with one hand in contact constitutes a tackle. So why do they continually allow the scum and rabbits who were pretty good at it on thursday to add a 2nd 3rd and 4th defender to come in with the 4th then controlling the ruck.
There's 10 minutes per game, may as well watch the schute sheild
