If this club has premiership aspirations then it's not going g to happen with Croker at #9. GCKT better turn into a Harry G , Api K, Damian C, and soon otherwise we need to look elsewhere.

Call out to all our Expert Silvertailian side line reporters today ...

Please post your observations, opinions and predictions on the work experience kid ... I'm genuinely trying to figure out if he is the Golden one predicted by the Oracle ...
If he makes the grade that could be a good name for his mega thread - the Golden Chan Kum Tong!

i don't know if he is the answer or not, but we need a dummy half who gets the players going forward.
the roosters were making contact with the ball runner at the advantage line so often tonight i thought they must have reduced the 10m to 5!
croker was regularly passing the ball to a player way behind the ruck that wasn't running on to the ball so it made it easy for the defenders.
thankfully we had dce and his kicking game to bail us out.
maybe that was a decision made by the coaching staff,
if it was then god help us against the cows next week.
if it wasn't then they better hurry up & sort it out

agree .... but for the life of me I am struggling to understand how this is the fault of Froggy .... having taken more than my share of hit ups from dummy half's over many years ... where I was in relation to the stationary dummy half was up to me timing my run correctly ..

The only person at fault for taking a pass 5m before the advantage line is the numbnut reciever ... not the dummy half .

Didn’t look much in it, though he should not have grabbed the bloke.

Manly star Gordon Chan Kum Tong involved in sideline confrontation with fan

A Manly Sea Eagles star could find himself in hot water with the NRL after being involved in a confrontation with two Warriors fans on Friday night.

Manly’s Gordon Chan Kum Tong has been involved in a sideline confrontation with two Warriors fans on Friday night.
The Manly hooker was in the stands at Go Media Stadium in Auckland when he was seen confronting the Warriors fans, who were believed to be heckling Sea Eagles veteran Jake Trbojevic as he left the field after being sin binned in Friday night’s clash.

In a video circulation on social media, one of the Warriors fans can be seen cheering as he walks past a group of Manly players and officials.

Chan Kum Tong then approaches the fan and grabs him by the jersey before the second Warriors supporter intervenes to separate the two.

The NRL was unaware of the incident when contacted on Friday night.

I have seen the video - looked to me nothing in it.

But, what kind of moron is he - was he going to fight a likely drunk/stoned Wahs fan???

Pity "old mate" in the Wahs strip didnt flog Gordon with flag about 32 times to the melon.

BTW The Telegraphs headline refers to Gordon as a "Manly Star", please leave that phrase for Turbo, DCE, Jake and Haumole only.

He'll get suspended. Big no no for players to get in a physical confrontation with fans, even a fairly low level one like this. Dumb dumb, shades of haumole at SOO
