Why are so many people putting the presumption of guilt on people like Cummings, Hasler etc.
Surely Manly supporters at least would think the best of those blokes who have done so much to turn our fortunes around.
In contrast, why are we so trusting of the public utterances of a player manager who has a clear conflict of interest in the argument (to get his % slice of whatever salary gets negotiated) especially when he has a history of doing the dirty on us.
Let's excuse Monaghan - he's obviously hurting right now, and fair enough.
But would this have happened had he another manager?
