* A $4 million dollar cap in 2007 and 2008 and up to $4.1 million in 2009 and 2010 (up from $3.366Million)
* An increase in third-party agreements - available now to three players, not two, and to the value of $150,000 per player, up from $100,000.
*The Veteran Player $100,000 allowance is now included in the cap, but the qualification drops from 10years to 8 years
*Representative payments will increase significantly, with State of Origin players to earn $12,500 per game as opposed to the current $8,500 for a win and $6,500 for a loss.
*Internationals have secured a $1,000 pay rise to be paid $6,000 per Test.
*Players ranked 18 to 25 at each club will earn at least $50,000 while those from 26 to 35 will receive $25,000 plus a minimum match payment of $2,000.
The agreement also includes more welfare, education and employment support for players.
