We are in a royal mess and never seen this club in such a bad state with playing roster.
When Seibold sounds out Corey W as retuning from suspension in the presser you know we are not in a good state.
I feel sorry for the incoming coach and the mess and distraction that will be left behind once Seibold gets the axe.
Sooner the better, I can’t stand him he is killing this great club!

Because, unless he’s committed to all these ideas you have then what will happen is.

I’ve seen it all on here in the last month, diverse ideas , sack the squad , sack the coach , sack the CEO, tear it down and build it again , get the pathways right , etc etc etc .

All great ideas.

All meaningless unless the owner wants it to happen.

You can type a 100 words , a 1000 words, even 10000 words.

But nothing will change unless the owners want change.

Courting players under contract. It's not illegal to speak to players, it's only illegal to offer them a contract. Get in targets ears, sell them the vision, the money, the opportunity and said player will agitate for a release from said club if effective, then sign em up
