The Sharks will want to get over the Eels next weekend otherwise they could be in for a real bad start this season. Eels aside, they have a tough draw for a few weeks after that and could end up 0-5 or 0-6

Just to clarify a few things...your anti Kelly posts were relentless and very concise in stating that he was not of first grade standard. Even claiming that he was a blight on our club, not worthy to wear our colours, was slow and couldn’t defend amongst a host of other things. If you had of merely thrown it out there a few times that you weren’t real keen on the kid, I doubt anyone would have asked what you thought about his past two performances. However, whenever anyone suggested an alternative thought process regarding young Brian your response was adamant. You didn’t want to know about it. Then you started heading down the same route with young Croker during the off season. Something which only intensified after his first game. Having the courage (as you often put it) to call it as you see it, is a two way street mate. If you want to make the call, then be prepared to take the fall. IMO it doesn’t take a whole lot of dash and courage to tell everyone on a social media site how unworthy some young kid is to wear our clubs colours for months unending. After all, we make our statements from the safety of our computers and smart phones. It takes a little courage to admit we might have got it wrong, rather than just piping up about how brave we are for telling everyone how Sh1t some player is. I don’t have a crystal ball either, and I’m wrong more than I’m right. I never predicted Kelly or Croker would be superstars, just that they had the skills and talent necessary for it to be a chance of happening. I do apologise for my clown references... but I can partially blame that on the piss, and being in an elevated state of being due to yesterday’s result.

This notion that Parramatta are our ‘arch-rivals’. Maybe in their eyes, but not mine and I imagine many other Sea Eagles’ fans.
