Haven't heard the whole podcast yet but I like it that he talks about developing the team rather than just bolstering it with recruitment. Sounds obvious but it's certainly not the way most fans talk about improving the team, and it's probably got a lot to do with the morale of the players and the commitment they're showing. No reason Baz can't coach us to a premiership methinks.
