I don't blame Flanno for feeling the way he would nor do I blame Seibold. But reporting to guy who is trying to achieve something you have already achieved would feel bizarre, especially if he's getting paid more coin.Well, he has runs on the board with his past. It’s sad because I do see the idealism of the picture with the two working together. I just don’t see Flanno’s ego seeing it that way.
It would take a special type of sociopath to block out his past unethical behaviour and feel unfairly victimised… though, exactly the sort of personality that often succeeds in this type of environment.I don't blame Flanno for feeling the way he would nor do I blame Seibold. If Flanno becomes the head coach of the Dragons, I can see a lot of players in Manly wanting out. No stability , no plan , no nothing.NRL 360 all putting Flanagans name ahead to be the next Dragons coach ahead of the bored meeting next week.
We have very little time to offer Flanno the top job before we are stuck with Seibold and only Seibold as head coach. Let's hope he doesn't run out of idea's like he did at the Broncos 😀

You mean the drug chest who ‘won’ a premiership with a team that was over the salary cap the year before AND the year after and then who cheated on his suspension?NRL 360 all putting Flanagans name ahead to be the next Dragons coach ahead of the bored meeting next week.

One of the obvious problems!!How about a Sack Penn poll?
Biggest but won't sellOne of the obvious problems!!
Didn't notice that but I am amused at everyone saying ditch Seibold and put Flanagan in charge.Listening to flanno commentate on the weekend. some of his remarks sounded as though he was coaching through the media a little more than usual
considering Manly did exactly the opposite the day before, to what he was talking about spruiked my interest due to its direct simple nature.
initially i thought it may be internal frustrations simmering a little. Maybe he is just pushing his cart for a new job.
not sure what impact flannos media role has on his role at manly , if any
anyway it sounded more than commentary. Anyone else pick up on it
yeah all of the above and more i gatherDidn't notice that but I am amused at everyone saying ditch Seibold and put Flanagan in charge.
Are they all assuming he keeps giving Seibold good advice that Seibold refuses to follow?
Or maybe assuming he tells the players exactly what to do but then Seibold sneaks past and tells them something different?
Which one of them was responsible for our good early season form? (Maybe neither, was probably Dymock!)
Now we really see whether we truly are as a club over the coming weeks. The honeymoon is over Seibs. Now the reality sets in. You've been parachuted into a basketcase club. Run by an egocentric clueless owner and held to ransom by an over paid polarising captain myth who thinks he's bigger than the club, a $1.1 mil porcelain man who plays a handful of games a year and now an $800K sook who can't keep his eyes off the kfc drive thru. Good luck because now your captain can't keep his polarising opinions to himself and caused a rift that won't be healed until he's gone.
