You failed on three of the very basic requirements of a YART.

A) Take outside back and make them a lock (suggest Matai, Foran or Tafua)

B) Take player who is subject of unsubstantiated 'signing with Manly" rumour and put in side in preference to confirmed, contracted, established first grade. (extra bonus if ESL player)

C) Take NYC player whom you glimpsed in a game once and thrust straight into first grade. The more obscure the player the better. Bonus points if you give them a big wrap on ability.
