Don't know if it effects any of you but:

Telstra will cease the live streaming of AFL and NRL games and offer its customers access to Foxtel’s Kayo Sports at a discounted price in major pivot of its media strategy.

The telco giant and Foxtel announced on Tuesday that they had entered a new agreement which will see Kayo replace live streaming on Telstra’s AFL and NRL apps, which means the telco is withdrawing from bidding for sports content rights. The announcement was flagged in The Sydney Morning Herald last week.

Damn - work pays for my Telstra so that was always a nice bonus freebie.

The sea eagles could take a leaf out of this marketing approach, for example:

“Manly brought you a premiership in previous years, now in 2020 they give you the exciting opportunity to try 13th!”
