possibly foran at 6 with Bailey at 13 with hall and Rodney in the 2nd row and Hargreaves to the bench and lussic missing out. If Cuthbo is still out i think Bailey will have to play at lock with someone like lussick in the 17 jersey.

I can't see Des blooding a young half.......he has been resistant to trying young guys his whole coaching career and I don't see that changing this weekend, especially for a key spot like 5/8.

He'll stick with what he knows and just slot in guys to the vacant spots. Does anyone know if Cuthbo and Suniula are fit ?? If Suniula is out, than odds on it'll be Hello to centre and Farrar to wing. Rodney can slot in for Glenn at Lock, Hall and JWH/Cuthbo to start in backrow. Bench = Rose, LeSnak, Cuthbo/Mauro/Morewood/JWH.

If Suniula is fit then the only other option I can see is him on one wing, Farrar on the other, Hello to centre and Iro Williams onto bench and into backrow rotation.

Anyway it's going to be a tough ask.

We need a tackling machine on the bench (any suggestions?), and Ballin to play 80, shifting from hooker to backrow to get le strange on more. le strange is also the default replacement 5/8 playmaker, so he could be busy if orford/bailey get hurt.

As much continuity as possible is best; so keep the halves, and the backs as per last weekend (+ suniula for williams), and start with Ballin at dummy half. get in their faces and shorten campese's playmaking time. orford needs to have the kicking game working, + ballin more out of  dummy half.

F**k this is a crunch game, we could be in the 8 after this one and the bye; thanks origin selectors for deciding to go full on eagles at this juncture. here's hoping monaghan and big leeroy are required for the origin team.

The most important thing would be to have our 1,6,7 and 9 remain the same. Though I can see L'Estrange starting with Ballin in the backrow, but they can rotate who's in dummy half as the game goes on. Which is why I put Buhrer on the bench as, like Ballin, he can play both hooker and lock, I think, to give L'Estrange a break as I'm not sure if he could effectively last the 80.
