Brenten Lawerence to centre! Speed machine- off load - good tackler.
With snake in Esi can play, if he is ****e T- red can cover.

If I'm not mistaken Lawrence was actually a representative centre at junior level.

Whare would have got the gig had he still been here, so maybe we give Tonga a go. Having said that Manly's recent history has a lot of backrowers frequenting outside back positions.

I more worried about lack of grunt up the middle trying to cover lack of Nood and Richie. Any reports on Princess ? If he's down then we are going to struggle against the Dragons pack. Can Choc pull out two 5 Star performances in a row ?

Kingy looked real ordinary when he went off.Looked in real pain.I wouldn't be counting on him lining up.

I would like to have a look at Ligi Sau in the top flight. The only good thing to come out of these regular suspension/injury events we seem to suffer is we may get a look at some young talent.Last year we had reasonably experienced journeyman types-this year we may have to go to young blokes like Sau,Jesse and CheeKam when fit. Will be interesting.

I agree with C and C about our grunt.Their forwards are a tough bunch(Merrin is as good as any backrower in the comp IMO) particularly if coward kicks well.Saints away is usually a bridge too far for us for some reason but these are the type of games the scum always win around origin time and we need to be able to step up as well when weakened.
