With a 4 forward bench we should match the Canberra forward pack, which is high quality. King off the bench because of SOO fatigue.

If great players were the be all and end of football knowledge, they would all be coaching in the NRL. I am fed up with the argument that if you haven't played at the highest level then you are in no position to offer an opinion. Sometimes it takes an outsider to identify problems. This happens in big business all the time! At the end of the day, rugby league is hardly a difficult game. I haven't played at the highest level but my school team is undefeated!!!

So basically because Des rates Whare over Hoppa and Bailey over Cross you think he is an idiot ? In fact you both rate Bailey so highly you think he will play at 13 and on the bench as well. I do like your idea of a 5 man bench, that'll give us an edge.

Hoppa is not a better option than Farrar at the back from what I've seen. Whare has shown enough to be given another opportunity over Hoppa, what's wrong with that ? Bailey is much maligned, and probably rightly so at times, but the fact remains he does give some utility value off the bench, especially with Glen out.
