I'm sure Scott Fulton will help re-instill that great culture we used to have when he is appointed as one of the assistant coaches for next season.

Right now, A tub of yo-plait has more culture!

I think that culture can be destroyed easier than it can be created.

It can be re-created. But, will take time - and the right ingredients. We shall see.

There IS NO CLUB! Please, let us not split hairs here.
The yoghurt analogy is valid. To make yoghurt, you need good ingredients (milk) and the right environment (temperature).
PLUS, you need some "carry over" culture (yoghurt from a prior batch).
We need some good carry over culture, some good players and the right environment. Good culture begins by WINNING games early in the season. - Not starting to WIN mid way through the comp.
