I cannot believe that the ACB reappointed Nielson as coach until after the 2013 ashes series.  We should be last in the world rankings by then.

First thing I would do is re look at the playing schedule - I would get the 'test' players playing at least half the sheffield shield games a year.

Secondly what is going on at the cricket acadamy - get Marsh back in charge, previously we have well prepared/trained cricketers lining up to get in team.  The players they are bringing in (Hughes/Smith) have poor techniques and composure under pressure -  sometjhing that should have been drilled into them at a young age.

T Cooley was the next big thing after being the bowling coach that won the poms the ashes in 2005. 

I think it is that our bowlers are crap.

if someone is being paid a lot of money to do a job and there are no positive results from that job, in fact there are a number of negative ones. would one not think twice before promoting him??

Yes our bowlers are not bowling well Gronk, and may even be considered crap, but this guy's job is to prevent that happening, which he patently has not done.

I think the Fremantle doctor bowled the swing and not Johnson.  He didn't even have the seam upright when it was swinging in Perth.
