Choose the player who you thought had the least impact or was the “weakest” link. The player with the most votes gets eliminated. We eliminate one member of the tribe/team each week until we have the survivor

It’s a manual job. I didn’t create a mechanism for removing votes I’ll see what I can do later

Just click on the player you felt performed worst out of those available. At the end of the season we should have the most consistent player and mvp
