To be fair to Tom our wingers have also been putting pressure on him, he is the only one who will not drop a high ball while he continually cleans up for other players.

I noticed in some training photos this morning that Suli, Anderson, Tom Wright were all training in the same group. Looked to be away from the main group which may also mean none of them that can (I believe Wright would be the only one currently available for first grade), will be named in the team this afternoon.
I think lack of speed has been one of the most obvious differences between us and pretty much everyone else .... especially in the forwards
maybe you weren't watching him for the past few years in the juniors
jeez Turbo1 ... we all love Tom but you really have rose coloured glasses .... half the time Tom doesn't even contest the high ball .... he lets it bounce!!
Could be that, and I probably couldn't find his youtube highlights package either.

I have a more positive outlook compared to most but I think everyone needs to give Tom time. As for him under the high ball I think he is fine, rarely drops and I dont remember him letting to many high balls bounce, he does prefer to trap the ball with his feet sometimes but I dont see a problem with it and its hardly an issue, especially considering he has lined up for Australia on the wing and fullback and will do the same for NSW this year, the greats and professionals in the game think he is a great fullback, most want him over Tedesco. No one even considers moving him because of how good he is and how young. I understand he has a lot to work on but most of this noise is everyone searching for solutions or someone to blame. Tom is not one of them, he was excellent in defence against parra, saving 2 certain tries so he is improving in that department but most on here would prefer to stunt his progress and experience and move him? I dont get it.
