Suggestions for Improvements to Brookvale Oval

It appears as if the club is seeking to consider the upgrade of Brookvale Oval. I can remember a series/survey in the RLW around 1975/6 when it was rated as the number 1 ground in the NSWRL comp. (How things have changed!!)

It is important to pinpoint what needs to be improved and what features are needed to maintain it as a Premier League ground and home of the Mighty Sea Eagles.

Be constructive with your suggestions.

I always though the Try stand could be a lot bigger, but the club might not want to go knocking any stands down. I guess the other option would be a stand at the scoreboard end.

Firstly, I would think the current stands would have to be upgraded. There's been a bit of negativity from visiting fans (and our own) about the quality of those.

Secondly, if they want to add more seating, would anyone miss the Family Hill? I could see them adding a new stand in there, which would allow for another toilet block and another food and beverage place.

Whatever happens, they should definitely not get rid of the hill.

look at marathons eastern stand - replace the front terrance with the hill, the bar and toilets can go underneath the stand
