The $250m broken promise: Why stadium wars are set to reignite
The NSW premier on Monday informed the NRL of the government’s decision to scrap plans to invest in suburban grounds with the league said to be exploring its options.
I hope the GF does go to QLD for a couple of years to teach these arseholes in Macquarie St that when they make a promise they need to stick to it.
Either scrap them all, or provide funding for them all.
Giving Penrith a brand new, $300M stadium and giving the others nothing is f*cked.
Ayres is a tosser. Interesting that the NSW Government now needs to adjust its spending and redirect funds, but for some reason the brand new stadium in his Electorate is still deemed as 'necessary'?
Well, I Guess the hill's going to be staying for a while now.Well at lesst we got the new COE & hopefully in the not too distant future we get further upgrades.
We might just have to do it by section rather than all at once.
