I've made it to every Manly game played in Melbourne for the past 10 years. Even before the Turbo loss, I was thinking I'd give this one a miss. But for some reason, I'm starting to think it might be worth the 2 hour drive (each way) to see what happens. Our season is definitely cooked, but could this game be the dead cat bounce we all need right now?

Not surprised, I posted this in the TL thread:
"One of my thoughts on the team list is I was half expecting Saab to be omitted as I noticed in last week's game he got injured in his upper body. I can't recall how but seemingly after that he dropped balls, missed tackles, i.e. was protecting himself. Surprised I haven't seen anyone else noticed it. Maybe he'll be a late withdrawal and Vaega will come in."
