I always thought it was Hutt, as in Jabba the hutt from star wars.

Zorba The Hutt. As in Jabba the Hutt from Star Wars. The similarity between the two is uncanny. In fact, I believe no-one has ever seen them both in the same room.
Maybe because they wouldn't both fit in the same room.
