Interesting to hear people's comments about various forwards:

Stats for forwards as follows:

King 102 m 18 tackles
Kite 111m 22 tackles
Watmough 186 m 26 tackles
Stewart 122 m 29 tackles
Willo 33 m 32 tackles
Hall 14 m 13 tackles
Rose 149 m 11 tackles
Bryant 108 m 22 tackles

Worth nothing that Matai made 108 m which took some pressure from forwards, as did Robbo and Hicks.

Overall we made 288 tackles and gained 1417 m.

LOL onya Willow, nearly made more tackles than metres. As did hall now that i have a second look

Matai's running as we are coming out of trouble is huge for us, and Hicks seems to be in career best form at the moment too.

1 of the highlights of the night was Rose with a 35m windup returning that dropkick, I loved it, and i loved seeing him back in that sort of form too

just on Willow, i doubt he was on the field more than 40 mins in total, i may be wrong.

He certainly does the job asked of him!

Yep, JK, Willo seems to be getting longer and longer breaks.

Despite not breaking the line as much as the opening season games and one poor play the ball, I have to give a wrap again to Glen Stewart who really put in a huge workload. In fact the second row are really firing for us. It was a damn hard game and parra defended so incredibly well in the first half. That we could take that, defend with such venom and then take control was actually a good sign.

Each week it seems that we show patches of good play without dominating an entire game. But more importantly we get the win when others would just crumble (look at the Chooks). I am proud of what they are achieving and they can only get better.

On Halls 14m, at the ground or on the tv i saw him looking injured/concussed on the sidelines. He looked a bit out of it.

Was it just me?

When Willo's on, the defense looks tight. Couldn't believe Stewart's stupid play the ball. Stand up and play the ball with your foot, easy really, any child could do it... many do..
