Bulls$$$ it went up no try and the evidence wasn’t conclusive. Scum bucket said it was on the line and frm the angles shown it you could not see that. It needs to be 100% sure to overturn and frm the angles shown u can’t overturn that. Did I think it was a try? Yes, but that’s not the point. U can’t overrule the call unless conclusive.

The fact is that the replays did show the ball touching the ground on the line. That is enough evidence for The Bunker to overrule the on-field call of no try. As much as I hate Perenara and sometimes his calls pong of just him being a dick to Manly, he did get that one right, unfortunately.

I don’t agree mate. But I’m seeing it through an IPA haze. For me it’s more the issue of overturned calls and the fact they are too frequently changed with crap evidence to do so. The angles I saw gave no conclusive evidence it touched the ground beyond a shadow of doubt. Anyway, tbh what’s the point in even debating it now, doesn’t change anything. So dissapointed.

I heard DCE say that I did not see this performance coming, well that about sums it up for me. Only a few weeks ago the last good team we played lapped us by 30 and tonight its 40. The team is in decline and the defeats against the Warriors and Knights were killers as they were both winnable games. Season over!

Just had a look at the stats.
AFB was the stand out Prop in terms of runs and metres made, even one one leg. Paseka dropped off tonight. 3 runs and only 32 metres.
With no ball possession our reliance on the forwards and the impact they have makes them nul and void. The missed tackles were also very high. I just don't think we have the right mix of bodies out there for this new, fast game. Too slow, big, old, or just not 1st Grade material.

Stopped watching at half time. First time I've ever done that when Manly are playing.

I had other things on (thankfully), so I stopped watching when it got to 26-nil but, masochist that I am, came back to watch most of the second half. Again, the one thing that stood out was a complete lack of resilience.

For six or seven minutes after kickoff, we looked like a competent, professional football team with a 50-50 chance of winning the match. Then Levi took a knock, threw a dodgy pass, Jake took his eyes off the ball and dropped it. Next time we touched the ball it was 20-nil and we had Funa in the bin for 10 minutes. One dropped ball and we were done.

Our edge defence - on both side, not just Jorge's - is atrocious. Teams have been running around us all year. We never seem to have numbers, yet we haven't changed anything (plans or personnel) all season. Wayne Bennet and whoever that fat prick in the box with him was spent the whole game laughing their heads off - like they couldn't believe their luck or the incompetence of the opposition.

Just embarrassing, really. I can't even bring myself to laugh at the Broncos anymore because it all feels too close to home.

According to reports Hopoate senior bagged Hasler after the presser & his comment about Albert....saying “good, we don’t want to come back”....so disappointing to think Hasler’s fvcking ego will cause our best juniors to leave. Dropping Olakau’atu last night in favour of fvcking Gosiewski & Waddell was a masterstroke NOT! If I was Olakau’atu I’d be asking the question why!!!! Neither Hoppa or Ola May have made a difference but they sure as hell would of been better than the same fvcking useless $hit served up by the incumbents!!!

Hoppa has a very thin skin if he took that comment as a slight on Albert.

This very game is the story of the NRL comp in this day and age.A lot of teams are going to go down with big scores against them.We aren’t the only ones.The only way to get through this is to give our youngsters game time and keep them on the field.Why? Because we are Not in a position to do what the roosters are doing with Sonny Bill and so on.We will have good games and shockers.We are no different to the broncos and there is no shame in loosing games while building the club.We can’t just keep swapping our youngsters around. They need to be on the field weather it’s loosing or winning. What choice have we got with no money.We have players that have been on the sidelines for longer than I can remember and have not done a bloody thing but suck our finances dry.For what? Off field dramas and what comes of it.Well we just seen it first hand.56 points put on us.This is where that **** gets ya.People bag Cherry Evans but let me say this, he is out there week after week while our so called big names are leeching this club.As I said before tommy excluded.There is more to this than what we are seeing on the field.It doesn’t end there.No team, I don’t care who they are, is getting a free ride anymore. You either manage the club well and have players tow the line which they are paid to do or get the **** out of the game and that’s what this game is coming to.Even des has defended our players on field and off field behaviour.Look at the broncos now and tell me that their problems are not just related to the coach Or whatever.Its our clubs turn to shame it’s face and it is coming weather we like it or not. If it’s a duck and it quacks then it’s a duck.
