Some good news...

With a 'community consultation process.' That sh-t has been done to death. There is a plan in place from Regan's time as Warringah mayor, that allows for a new stand on the hill side and further upgrades to the Jane Try, that can soak up the $22.5 million sitting in the bank.

The same plan also allowed for the sort of stuff he is talking about at the southern end. All of it planned after a previous consultation period.

In short, we've done the consultation. Get cracking on the action.

Didnt they plan a railway line up the northern beaches in the 1920s. Seems this Brookie plan lacks the same component...action

Regan had plenty of time at Warringah council to do something about Brookie and, to nobody's great surprise, did sweet FA. I wouldn't be holding my breath.

Regan is back on the gravy train 😡

Warringah Council had a community consultation already and the residents vetoed any upgrade 😎

Regan can download the old Warringah Council Feedback page and save his new employer hundreds of thousands :lightbulb:

I live in QLD and I thought we were backwards.

How sydney doesnt have a train line or even lite rail to the northern beaches is a joke beyond proportions.

They did have trams on the Northern Beaches up until September 1939. Those services ended due to an apparent lack of patronage. Pity they didn't have a crystal ball.

Mind you the process of ripping up the whole network got underway in the 1950s, so it's all academic anyway.

Bad decisions.
