So much for a weekend off for Manly

I'm expecting us to be a bit flat, after an extrodinary effort from half our side, and still Origin to go. It seems we have come through the International games relatively unscathed, so we all hope the SOO boys get through ok.

Still, with 8 Manly players going around, in tough games, has to take the edge off the teams performance against the Titans next week.

Tapau (SAM)
AFB (TON)
Miski (LEB)

Big advantage to have a break this time of the season for some, not so great for Manly. I guess the positives are we have an awesome representation all over the park which will give us a class edge going into the finals.

Corey will be coming back fresh and raring to go after a short break - he will add some punch to the forwards. Being his first season in NRL as a forward it will have done him a world of good.

Lucky DCE and Tom have only had limited footy this season so no excuses for them to be tired.

My concern is Marty and AFB - if they are off their games we struggle. A bye is perfect for those two now.
