Fair enough. Stops people from being able to sign people up as members just to vote for them at elections.

Thanks for clearing that up Jono. Unfortunately I wont be able to vote for a couple more years though.
I didn't think at the time I took the football membership i would ever be thinking about wanting to vote. A lot has changed in a year.
