I just had a bit of a browse through the photos from the trip to queensland this week.

Sione looks huge but not an ounce of fat, his playing weight is right down for him, he is real chance if he can inprove his defence, this will certainly help

Others that i took notice of

Bani - he is fit and strong by the looks of it

Cuthbo - he was bigger last year, i think he has trained up as a backrower - fingers crossed.

George Rose - he looks like a footballer, not a biggest loser contestant like last year

Wells - still looks small i dont think he will be there

Neuaman - also looks small

When I saw Sione down at Warriewood, he looked absolutely HUGE! His arms are about the size of Choppy's thighs. My boys came away very impressed......
