Reportedly let go immediately from Broncs for liking a social media post (which is apparently much worse than injuring a mother and child whilst driving unlicensed and pepped up on goofballs).

To be clear, I’m undecided hence the poll to gauge feel amongst the ST universe.

On one hand, do we need another has been forward. On the other hand, has a Manly history and potentially offers more than some forwards were currently trotting out.

If you don’t mind momentum busting, over the left or right shoulder no look passes, then he’s your man.

Ditto if you don’t mind a defending prop dragging the attacking player over your own tryline to score.

Or having a hissy fit in the ruck, thus conceding a penalty in a tight game, which leads to the other team kicking a penalty goal to win, then go for it.*

If not, then no. He was never much chop to begin with. How old is he now, 52…53?😉

I would not normally say we go back to him but we are seriously lacking in the middle right now and he adds more punch than we have… imo of course…

I was excited when Taupau left 3 years ago because he was past it then. Why would I want him to come back now, when he is a further 3 years past being up to it? The last 2 years of his career at Manly were so poor. Since then, he has spent most of his time playing QLD Cup before being sacked for liking a post that suggests he is not a big fan of high standards.
