Yes mate…..Lane was a big loss for us when shafted by Twent!!! So yes a big upgrade. He & Olakau’atu as our back rowers would be huge in my opinion. Also before opening your mouth about his refusal to play are you aware it’s personal issues that he’s dealing with! Get a grip mate!

Firstly,has there been any comment that he wants out of the Eels,secondly,does the club really need a player that is allegedly having some mental health issues because Manly’s current plight is not going to fix anyone’s mental health and thirdly,has anyone watched his form the last 12-18 months? Like Parra,he had 1 maybe 1 and a half decent seasons

Absolutely there wouldn't be to many players in the NRL that wouldn't be an upgrade on Burbo, Waddle and Jake isn't far off these days his body cant do it and he's slower than the Galapagos Tortoise on heat, add Tom who if he was a race horse would of been dog food by now and we have terrible issues.

no i wasn't so settle down a bit champ.

could the personal issue be the reason for his poor form?
or has it appeared since he was relegated?
none of my business & i hope he gets the help he needs however like others have said his form has waned for a fair while now and id rather we look elsewhere.

In my defense it's pretty busy over the Chocolate Zombie Jesus long weekend dealing with resurrections and prayers and stuff, It'd be nice if some of these other so called religious leaders like Buddha and co would start pulling their own weight (It's OK Buddha that wasn't a fat joke).
