Seibold presser ..

We Either Stick with Sombre Seibold
Or Search for a Better option
I am not a recruiter that is not my specialty as I dont have time to scout
This is a Question for the People at our club that get paid to get the Job done Properly
Ha, ha ...... For a bloke that is not recruiter you have strong opinions on just about everything and everyone and now you're sitting on the fence. Come on @BOZO off the fence and say who you'd like to be coaching Manly......

That's history now and we'll never know if Ciraldo would have come to Manly in the first place we? I would have thought that a big part of Ciraldo leaving the Panthers to join the Bulldogs was because of his relationship with Gus Gould? We also don't know if Ciraldo without the help of the all the money from the Bulldogs Leagues club and the Billionaire Laundy backing is a great coach?

Unless Bellamy wants to join a basketcase club and work for poor millionaires and not billionaires I just don't know a coach that is available that is better than Mr Seibold? Who do you think they could hire that would be upgrade?
It is History and History will say that we have missed another opportunity to make the right choices .

We do know that Smart Negotiators are Relationship Builders and I do not Believe we Have one in Mestrov as The Bulldogs have one In Gould

The New Bulldogs Board are also smart people who brought in the new Billionaire Laundry Investor
And You can clearly see here that Every club is only as Great as the Great People that they Invest in So Every club again is accountable for the choices they make

Our Club has People like you that the only good thing they come up with is Good excuses for their Decade of Premiership winning Decline

I have a strong Passion for our Manly Club to Be Made Great again
and I have a strong opinion that it wont be made Great again unless we make Great changes
The moral of the story is seek and you shall find
I have told you that I do not have time to scout

Excuses excuses! Don't you realise you make more excuses here than any other poster!

And that is one of your best ever excuses for failing to acknowledge a simple point made by a fellow Silvertail bothering to actually try to converse with you!
This is the simple fact that some of my Fellow silvertails friends fail to acknowledge

There is absolutely No point in conversing with excuses for loses
Because conversing with useless excuses for losses have never ever had a reversing affect to winning .

Flanagan was the one we should have landed but our politically correct owners and board decided to go the Spoon instead. We could have had a premiership winning, ruthless coach but went the safe option. Arthur is an option as he has at least taken a side to the last game of the year, and when he took the job at Parra they were a basket case. He is a much better option in my opinion. I also like Justin Holbrook. He has an 80% win ratio over three season in the Superleague, and I think he can coach despite his inconsistent start in the NRL with the Titans. Jason Demetriou might also be worth a look. He creamed Spoon in the Qld Cup.

Spoon has never won a thing. Not in any grade or level coaching rugby league.

WTF? You just wrote a hell of a lot but said absolutely nothing. Well done, I will score that 8/10. I might have scored 9/10 or even 10/10 if the picture was of Mestrov milking cow or Penn shearing a sheep.

That is ok feathered friend
We all Get Inspired by different Ideologies
But I can assure you
No success has ever been built at the back of excuses and being proud losers
We will agree to disagree

Flanagan Proven Premiership Winner
But Mestrov went for the Spoon
And all Manly People are getting a spoon full of bitter losing taste
Compliments of Mestrov who is accountable for his coach choice

When the Winning Starts
The Whinging stops
Manly People are not good losers
Show me a good loser and I will show you a loser

Yes, imagine what the team could achieve when on Peptides!
He got Cronulla their first premiership and it hasn't been taken away. Even with the best peptides in world sports, Spoon won't be winning a premiership.

Politically correct fans who want nice boys in their side etc, are a big part of the reason we have seen our season derailed in recent times. Alleged peptide use, calves blood, dodgy third party deals. Some clubs find a way to gain an edge and rise to the top while others find ways to appease the powder puff crew with social gimmicks as they sink to new lows.

We have a coach who can’t coach and the players know it. We have our salary cap tied up in 3 players which has led to an overall weakening of the team .we are now plagued by injuries and our captain can’t leave soon enough to join the roosters where he feels he can win a premiership. We let a premiership winning coach in Flanagan leave the club and kept the dud . We let a good young halfback go to south’s without having locked in Dce and we renew schusters contract for big bucks so he can also go to south’s on a subsidised deal. But it’s ok Mr Penn knows how to run a business.

I'm not in the sack Seibold camp yet because I don't think there is necessarily someone better out there and if there was our owners wouldn't stump up the cash BUT that doesn't mean I think we're heading in the right direction.

At the end of the 7th round last season, we were 5th, were on 9 points. We'd won 4 games, had 1 draw and lost 3 games. Along the way we'd scored 181 points and conceded 156 for a difference of +25.

With one game to play in 7th round this season we're 12th, won 3, lost 4 and we've scored 184 and conceded 164 points for a difference of +20

So, trying to be positive, we're not too far off where we were last season but hard (impossible) to say that there is any improvement on 2024. We're the 4th worst defensive team and It pisses me off that season after season we can't improve on our shxt defence, surely coaches are partly responsible for that? The Tigers (110 against), Knights (120 against) and Dragons (118 against) who are not considered by a lot of people as having strong teams and being genuine finals chances have all conceded a lot less points than us and have improved on 2024. The lack of improvement in our defence year after year does reflects poorly on coaching staff and Seibold being into his 3rd year be nice to see some
improvement ..... pretty please.

Thanks fxck we're in a "premiership window"......
