Albert Kelly has been stood down from Cronulla training and will learn if he still has a future at the Shire club within a week.

Kelly has not impressed club officials with his arrest on Friday, December 2 in Port Macquarie, which came just months after a court appearance over another booze-related matter.

There were fears Kelly would not react well to the arrival of Todd Carney, the former Rooster who plays in the same position.

The difference is that one of them is a stock standard booze artist whilst the other is a superstar booze artist who has represented his country. No brainer....go with the bigger dickhead every time.
