I wonder what salary they are offering
Entry level, whatever that means.  Something sure to attract a plethora of high quality talent.  They'll be leaving their 6 figure corporate boltholes in droves for the undoubted privilege of handing out jerseys to the beer stained gibberers at the Leagues club, for the princely sum of $40kpa.

The job is clearly 2 quite separate roles requiring quite different abilities, and the approach to sponsorship is looking increasingly haphazard.
Now there'll be an inhouse officer pursuing lower level sponsors, plus the (at least 2) independent agents who are authorised to negotiate sponsor deals on behalf of the club, plus the marketing agency now charged with trying to find a major sponsor.
Imagine if they all contact the same companies one after the other offering different packages!
