Think could more movement on top 24 with a couple potentially leaving eg Zac Fulton, Keppie.

With Tuipolotu out with an MCL there is no better time to use our compo on a player. Bring in Kayal Iro now.. and get him cheaper next year with the front up payment of the compo money. Payment in advance so to speak

I think our backline is now set but I'd add Kayal Iro to cover fullback/centre and fight with Paulo for the wing spot.

In an ideal world, I would look at releasing these players from the pack and recruiting elsewhere. Aloiai, Keppie, Boyle, Fulton, Tuilagi, Lawton, maybe even bullemor if needed. Along with extending Lodge, I'd be looking at two good puppies to add to the pack. A Josh Curran, Ryan Matterson type or both. Or a Wiremu Greig type and move jurbo back to lock.

It would change the dynamic of the pack below but instead could look at Watson to start at lock and play a bit of hooker also.

If we sign him to a genuine deal then I would have him on the bench in place of Aloiai or Tuilagi (either could drop out depending on tactics vs different options, etc.).

We need Bullemor's leg speed and Jake's defence.

We don't have an enforcer like him and every team needs one. Tent should be forced to watch him and learn. Because he would be at least his equal if he was mean enough.

And it's time to promote those that have been waiting patiently if we truly believe they have what it takes to make an impact. Humphries and Gordy especially.

Maybe it's just me.. but that pack looks soft. Where are the metres coming from? Burbo has a ball carry like Jake. And shoey... shoey won't do the tough stuff

Sipley , not much better than Keppie

Woods , can fill a gap on the min $$

Bullemor , deserves a new contract but not a huge one.

Would love to pick up a couple of good forwards , in addition to Lodge , a prop being 1.

Biggest concern is where will they play Shuster. He is on 800k and cannot tackle or do the hard stuff.

I've heard so many conflicting numbers around Schu. Everything from 600k-800k. The media keeps saying 800k because it generates clicks and outrage. I don't believe it at all.

Souths really need an older more experienced middle forward next year. They have no cap these days. Put the feelers out there

I think Suia Wong would be a great pickup for end of 2024.
Anthony Tupou type player capable of a very high workrate and is a versatile forward that can play many positions

Yes it appears we haven't used the turbo compo money so this would be good business for the future!
