Scrum win against the feed

    Teams are going to have to be very wary of that tactic in the finals. With players barely even locking in these days any big push from the opposition will almost surely result in a win against the feed.

    I reckon it was a dumb move by Melbourne using it in last nights game.

    I thought it was against the rules to push in a scrum these days (I'm not joking either). We were penalised for it last year or the year before & no-one has done it since.

    When we got penalised the ref was caught very clearly by the microphones say you can't push in a scrum these days.

    There's three sets of rules out there. Melbournes, ours & everyone elses.

    it would not suprise me one bit if the storm were to win a scrum against the feed by pushing and in the same game the opposition get penalised for it
