I was amused to read a report over the weekend where Andrew Ryans said that Manly "out Bulldogged" the Bulldogs last weekend. Does the twit seriously think that the Bulldogs have a mortgage on toughness and commitment?
I'd say decades of history show Manly have held those qualities for a lot longer, and a lot more consistently than the dirty Dogs. Add the fact that our side has character and discipline and that our boys are not constantly in the headlines for raping women and cheating the game's laws and I think you'll find that "out Bulldogging" when applied to Manly is something of an insult.
