Sayonara Williame

Loobs

Living in the demountable.
They dropped this one at 4am lol

Catalans Dragons have signed Brayden Williame on a two-year contract from the start of the 2017 season.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Coach Trent Barrett wished Brayden well in the English Super League.

“This is a great opportunity for Brayden to secure his playing future for the next two years and we didn’t want to stand in his way, even though he was contracted for next season,’’ Barrett said.

“It was a pleasure to coach Brayden and his versatility at being able to play full-back, wing, or centre was always valuable.

“I like to thank Brayden for his service to the Sea Eagles. The club wishes him and his family all the best at the Catalans Dragons.”

A Fijian international, Wiliame played 23 matches for the Sea Eagles over the past two seasons. He scored six tries in 18 games in 2016.

Copped it on here but never lacked in effort

Could carve out a solid career in the ESL

Outside back depth should be no problem even without Williame as of current contracted players we still have Wright, Wright, Parker outside the 17 plus Locke and Omar trialling

Why do we keep signing players to shiny new contracts/extensions and then releasing them a short time later?

Not a good look and hard to see there is a multi year plan.

4am Timing is everything after a near riot occurred after releasing Bruher they couldn't risk it stirring the mob again when we lost another favorite son in Williame
Degree of favouritism here can be simply guaged by how we spell names.

If anyone wrote Jamie Lyons here they'd be hung drawn and quartered.

Gauged!

(sorry - should've resisted) :giggle::angel:

Though I do agree with you.

And good luck to Wiliame for the future.

It could simply be that someone has come on the market, we want to make a move for them so you run your finger down the roster and say who can we afford to lose? The finger stopped at Hex and we made a call to French Kimbriki to see if they'd take this load. Naturally they said yes because they clearly have no standards.
