No I just can't help but notice that we have had rot in the club's culture behind the scenes for the better part of a decade and it has been affecting the team's on field performances for most of that time. If not Penn then who is causing it? Is it really so hard for a group of people getting paid $200k+ a year to sort their s**t out and put in some solid effort?

If we are going to blame Penn for his input on our culture in the past decade we should also praise him for our 2008 and 2011 premiership wins
