How come the Warriors are so dumb.

How do the Rorters sign Anasta and Harrison with their roster, Broncos sign Ennis and St G keep their stars???

Does anyone know if the Worriers cap is assessed in AUD or NZ dollars ? I would assume the NRL allow them the equivalent amount of say 3.5 million Australian in NZ dollars.

Every club cheats the salary cap. It is only the unlucky or dumb clubs that get caught.
